Enrichment Courses, Programs, Workshops, & Facilitation Services
Engage & Elevate works with libraries, nonprofits, ministries, educational organizations, and community-focused groups to research, design, and facilitate humanities-based programs tailored to their audiences.
Our human-centered offerings and experiences provide participants with cultural enrichment while enhancing interpersonal capabilities such as critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, empathy, and social awareness.
We offer adaptable program formats and custom design options.
Our “Engage, Reflect, & Create Method” is embedded design thinking and experiential learning principles that combine facilitated dialogue, selected readings, guided writing, storytelling, creative reflection, and hands-on activities to achieve defined learning objectives. Each engagement is adapted to the audience, setting, and intended purpose.
Service Offerings:
-
Facilitated, interactive workshop experiences that build participation, imagination, listening, shared ownership, and connection through story.
-
Leveraging Dick & Carey, ADDIE and other instructional design frameworks, we consult with organizations to design research-informed program concepts, session plans, curated resources, discussion questions, participant materials, and facilitator guides developed around an organization’s audience and objectives.

In July 2026, Engage & Elevate hosted “The Coffee Table Experience”, a workshop-style community event that included a guided reading session where participants discussed selected text and shared personal thoughts and impressions. At the end of the event, participants were invited to create a keepsake to capture their experience.
“The Coffee Table” is a representative demonstration of Engage & Elevate’s signature approach: using selected readings, storytelling, facilitated conversation, reflective writing, and creative expression to help participants explore culture, identity, ideas, and lived experience.
