Adult Enrichment
Engage & Elevate partners with community-focused groups to host themed literary & creative workshops. These experiences provide participants with cultural enrichment while enhancing interpersonal capabilities such as critical thinking, creativity, problem solving, empathy, and social awareness.
We also partner with community organizations to research, design, and evaluate their current enrichment programs.
Our “Engage, Reflect, & Create Method” has embedded design thinking and experiential learning principles that achieve defined learning objectives. Each engagement is adapted to the audience, setting, and intended purpose.
Current Service Offerings:

Leveraging Dick & Carey, ADDIE and other instructional design frameworks, we consult with organizations to design research-informed workshop concepts, session plans, curated resources, discussion questions, participant materials, and facilitator guides developed around an organization’s audience and objectives.
Our design targets outcomes such as improved perspective-taking, critical thinking, communication, cultural understanding, and meaningful dialogue.

Courses and workshops for adults seeking to engage in creative writing and storytelling activities, learn cultural ideas, and express themselves creatively.
Each workshop follows a clear theme and includes a hands-on project to help participants explore a select topic.
Offerings can be online or in-person.
In July 2026, Engage & Elevate hosted “The Coffee Table Experience”, a workshop-style community event that included a guided reading session where participants discussed selected text and shared personal thoughts and impressions. At the end of the event, participants were invited to create a keepsake to capture their experience.
“The Coffee Table” is a representative demonstration of Engage & Elevate’s signature approach to helping participants explore culture, identity, ideas, and lived experience.
