Yvette Renee Johnson is the founder of Engage & Elevate Collective, LLC, an organization that facilitates interdisciplinary humanities enrichment using reading, writing, storytelling, and conversation to help people explore human experience, culture, ideas, and community.
As a lifelong reader, writer, and artist, Yvette lives out the belief that stories and creative experiences help people reinforce their identity, engage with their community, and cultivate purpose.
For over 20 years Yvette has created professional and community events, led workshops and trainings, organized program-based initiatives, translated complex ideas, and created written and visual materials for small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
In early 2026 she was given an opportunity to pivot on her career path and while considering her next steps, she remembered the joy and fulfillment she experienced curating the educational curriculum for her homeschooled daughter, which included her teaching middle school reading, writing, and social studies. Now in high-school at a private school in Seffner, Florida, Yvette’s daughter has consistently outperformed academic expectations in these key areas.
Yvette’s educational background in liberal arts, business management, and human resources, helps her blend her real-world experience, natural artistic creativity, and proficiencies in focused humanities research to create learning and enrichment opportunities that foster improved soft skills and build real human connection.
She currently resides in Florida.
